What are the cancellations charges for holiday packages?

Cancellation charges depend on the country/city where the package is booked for. Please check with our customer support agent for more details.

What is the probability of getting visa when we book through satgurutravel.co.uk ?c

We are Visa facilitator and we will guide and assist Guests for filing the visa application. But Visa is granted at the sole discretion of the consulate/embassy. We do not give any assurance or guarantee of Visa to any Guest as it is beyond our control.

If Guests visa is rejected and s/he is forced to cancel the tour, then does s/he get a refund?

Tour price is refunded to the Guest after deducting visa application fees and cancellation charges, if any.

Can we book 3 adults and 1 child or 2 Adult 2 Child, in one hotel room?

If your family is of four, then s/he is given 2 rooms at most of the destinations around the world. As per the safety norms, 4 Guests are not allowed in one hotel room, all over the world still there are hotels that have options for Family room or an Apartment Category with them, but this totally depends on the Hotel and as per the destination.

Can I change what's included in the holiday package?

Absolutely, we offer the best Holidays for your preferred destination along with multiple hotel Choices. You can then pick and choose airlines, hotels and sightseeing activities to come up with the perfect combination for yourself. You decide what you want in your package.

What are the Booking Procedures?

As soon as you decide to book any of the Select Vacations tours, you will have to fill up the booking form with the complete information. Full names of passengers along with the ages of the children, type of room required, check in and checkout dates along with complete flight details.

Are the Holiday Packages prices consistent throughout the year?

Holiday package prices are contracted six months to a year in advance and hotels when having low occupancy are within their rights to lower rates or offer special promotions. We have no control over this and cannot be held responsible for their acts nor can it constitute cause for refund or any action against us.

What are the check in and checkout timings?

Most hotels across the Globe usually have a 1400 Hrs Check in and 1200 Hrs Check Out timings. Though there are some that may allow an early or late Check in / Check Out, it however depends on the availability of the rooms that the hotels might have at their disposal during that time. also, there are chances that a hotel may charge you for a further one day in case of an early check in or late check out.
