1. INTRODUCTION & APPLICABILITY:
SATGURU TRAVEL AND TOURISM LIMITED
(“Satguru” or “We”) is a reputed and well-known business house engaged in
providing travel related Services in United Kingdom and around the globe.
This Statement applies to Satguru
Travel and Tourism Limited and to all directors, officers, employees,
contractors, and other third parties acting on our behalf and making this
statement jointly in compliance with section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act
2015.
This Statement represents the compliance program of Satguru and has been
reviewed and updated to ensure latest procedures are in place. Further we expect
the same high standards from all of our contractors, suppliers and other
business partners, and as part of our contracting processes, we include
specific prohibitions against the use of forced, compulsory or trafficked
labour, or anyone held in slavery or servitude, whether adults or children, and
we expect that our suppliers will hold their own suppliers to the same high
standards.

We offer travel management services in United Kingdom and worldwide.
With our smart travel management services, we ensure that our customers have an
access to the best-in-class booking technology, smart analytics, worldwide
partnerships and impeccable client servicing. Some of our services include organized planning, Air Ticketing, Rail
Booking, Hotels and accommodation, MICE services, car rentals, visa and
insurance etc. In order to make our services suitable for every customer, we
strive to inculcate comprehensive and extensive research, before offering.

4. POLICIES ON SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING:
We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human
trafficking in our supply chains, or in any part of our business. We are
committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.
We have implemented and enforced effective systems and controls to ensure that
slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere in our supply
chains.

identification of modern slavery risks and steps taken to prevent slavery and

5. DUE DILIGENCE
We undertake due diligence when considering taking on new suppliers, and
regularly review our existing suppliers. Our due diligence and reviews include:
• Evaluating the
modern slavery and human trafficking risks of each new supplier
• Reviewing on a
regular basis all aspects of the supply chain
• Informing each
new supplier of our expectations, in relation to UK Modern Slavery Act (2015).
We have in place systems to:
• Identify and
assess potential risk areas in our supply chains
• Mitigate the
risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chain
• Monitor
potential risk areas in our supply chain
• Communicate
any concerns to appropriate Line Manager
• Communicate
any concerns to appropriate external authorities
• Protect
whistle-blowers
6. TRAINING
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery
and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide
training to our staff.
7. OUR COMMITMENT
Following a review of the effectiveness of the steps we have taken to
ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking within our organization
and in our supply chains. We intend to take the further steps to combat slavery
and human trafficking by increase the awareness to all stake holders.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery
Act 2015 and constitutes our Group's slavery and human trafficking statement
for the financial year ending 31 December 2023.
